IT Job Title: ETL Developer
Development, testing and deployment of Data Stage ETL routines;
Conducting DQA on source data and maintain a log of defects to act as input into the Data Cleansing activity;
Liaising with source system owners to map data across to the Data Warehouse and Data Marts through staging, ODS and Transaction Pools;
Accountable and responsible for the design and delivery of ETL routines up to the specifications
Data warehouse versioning and standardisation
Ensure data consistency, quality and reliability within the Data warehouse
Skills:
-Data Stage 8 ETL skills
-Relational Database Modelling / ODS / Summary design / Dimensional modelling
-Oracle 10g SQL / PLSQL
-IBM AIX UNIX scripting
-Oracle 10g capacity and performance fine turning desirable but not essential for this role
-Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
