IT Job Title: Oracle HR Project Manager
We are seeking a dynamic, motivated and experienced individual to join our large Human Resources Department as a Project Manager to provide expertise in the Business Transformation Program using Oracle HCM
The role will refine and translate HR's functional requirements into technical specifications for use in Oracle HCM HR Module
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following;
Conduct analysis and process refinement
Develop customised reports and queries
Troubleshoot, test and implement processes relevant to HR functions
Evaluate Oracle HR in the areas of requirements, definition, Oracle application configuration, data analysis and technology assessment and work with our implementation partners
Deliver recommendations to Senior HR Management of how processes and systems may be optimised to address requirements
Recommend adjustments of settings in the system as required to meet HR objectives
Provide comprehensive training to HR staff in the use of Oracle HR processes
Provide updated training as required on approved new processes
Provide monthly reports of training completed
Manage special projects to enhance the use of Oracle HR
